Following the preparation of a masterplan for the premises which cover an area of approximately 12,000sqm, the project has proceeded with the construction of an extension to the existing playback area. Phase 2 will include the addition of a 700sqm extension to the technical areas. While Phase 3 will incorporate additional space, workshops, a meeting room and a dining area as well as landscaping for the site in its entirety.
